Delivery & Shipping

At FORYOUANDYOURHOMECARE, every purchase is conducted with utmost security. We utilize secure connections evidenced by the “https” URL prefix and the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar. To ensure the safety of your credit card transactions, you will always need to provide your CVV code when placing an order. Our Payments team conducts anti-fraud checks as standard procedure before approving transactions. For added security, they may reach out to you to verify details before finalizing your order.

We welcome payments via all major credit cards including Carte Bleue, E-Carte Bleue, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, as well as PayPal.

Shipping typically takes between 1 to 5 business days for delivery. Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs processes, or unexpected circumstances.

All orders are shipped via FedEx.

No, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Because of the high volume of orders, we are unable to combine multiple orders. Please ensure that all desired items are added to your cart before proceeding to checkout.

If you are purchasing a product from a made-to-order collection, please refer to the shipping specifications provided in the details of that specific product.

For products currently in stock, expect them to be shipped within 1-3 business days, unless they are purchased alongside items from a made-to-order collection.

In such cases, all items will be shipped together once the made-to-order products are ready.

At this time, we are unable to accept any direct pick-ups or drop-offs.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been submitted.

FORYOUANDYOURHOMECARE takes care of all import fees, customs, duties, and other taxes at checkout, so you won’t be charged any additional fees by your country.

Exchange And Return

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (28 days if the order was placed in December). To begin a return, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

1. Your name and address (or order number).

2. Specify the item for return/exchange and provide a reason (e.g., wrong size, not as pictured). The product(s) must be in brand new condition with original tags, labels, and packaging. For defective items, please include a description and photos of the defect.

3. Please allow our Customer Support team up to 48 hours to respond to your request.

4. Once you receive your return label, please ship the order back to us within 3 working days for your return to be authorized.

If the product was purchased from a retailer, please contact the retailer directly for assistance.

We provide free return shipping for all domestic and international orders within 14 days of delivery.

Once returned items are received, we can either issue store credit for you within 2-3 business days or refund your payment within about 15 days.
